Secretary:

Records minutes of all OHSLA meetings and prepares minutes for distribution. Chairs the Communications Committee, which produces a newsletter (OHSLA Voice) twice a year; gathers information on members and happenings in the library world within Ohio; handles any additional projects as assigned by the Executive Committee.

Treasurer/Membership Chair: 

Responsible for receipt and disbursement of all funds, and submits a written financial report at each meeting. The Treasurer also maintains the official membership list and serves as Chair of the Membership Committee.

Collects and catalogs the organization’s records for archiving in an accessible, controlled climate.

Maintains and updates the organization’s website with the approval of the Executive Committee.

Serves as the communication link between OHSLA and Region 6 of the National Network of Libraries of Medicine (NNLM)
